UNIVERSITIES.
To know the level of awareness of online learning by age, gender, occupation and geo-political zones in Nigerian universities. To know the level of preference on online teaching, offline teaching and the combination of online teaching and offline teaching among lecturers in Nigerian universities. To know the level of preference on online learning, offline learning and the combination of online learning and offline learning among students in
Nigerian universities. To examine employers perception towards hiring online graduates or hiring online and offline graduate in Nigeria.
METHODOLOGY
The type of data that was used during this research work is primary data and the main source of data collection was through an online survey where we used Raadaa.com platform. And our target Sample was 200 but the total number of responses we got from the survey is 208, i.e. 208 respondent answered the research Questions. There was also a total of 10 question in the survey, 5 preliminary questions and 5 research questions.

Information Communication Technology (ICT) has promoted learning and passing of knowledge and made it more meaningful, where students can stay in their homes or Classrooms and receive lectures without seeing the lecturer and lecturers can also teach without any form of face to face meeting. The aspect of ICT that has brought about this revolution in students’ learning is online learning. Online learning in its broadest sense refers to any learning that is electronically enabled over the internet. In a slightly narrower sense, it is learning that is
enabled by the application of digital technologies such as websites or other mobile applications using online video or audio Conference systems, online chats or online groups. Many higher education institutions adopt web-based learning systems for their online
learning courses. However, there is a limited empirical examination of the factors underlying the adoption of web-based learning systems.
